Burj Khalifa - The World's Tallest Building

In this blog I will share experiences of being in some of the world’s most exotic places. Recently I was in Dubai for few days - the land of golden deserts, skyscrapers, huge shopping malls, delightful food and diverse people. Almost every person on this planet, no matter where he lives, what he does, must have a desire to be in Dubai at least once in life.


Burj Khalifa – The most prominent landmark in Dubai and the world’s tallest building, is 160 stories high. Located on the Sheikh Zayed Road, the skyscraper is surrounded by big shopping malls and buildings. A wonderful dancing fountain show is displayed in the evening just in front of it which is a delightful sight for the tourists who come to visit. Burj Khalifa was built in six years with one and a half Billion USD and got completed in year 2010. Until that time Taipei 101 was the tallest building which was constructed by the same South Korean company which constructed the Burj Khalifa namely, Samsung C&T.

THE FRANKFURT BOOK FAIR 2017 IS ABOUT TO COMMENCE!

The Frankfurt Book Fair is about to commence from 11th to 15th October 2017.The first three days of the event have been reserved for professional visitors while in the last two days it will be opened for general public and media persons.
