In this blog I will discuss few of the many different types of foundations that are available in stores from different brands. My blog on “How to pick the right foundation for your skin” which I posted a while ago was quite appreciated by all of you. LISTENING TO PAKISTANI RADIO IS FUN!

It is advised that if you are not able to sleep in the night which often happens with people of almost all ages, never force yourself. It is always better to engage yourself in something that you like to perform which relaxes your mind because a relaxed mind goes to sleep much faster than a tired one! Many people watch TV or start playing with their mobile phones but this hampers your sleep even more. When I am not able to sleep what I do is that I grab my phone from a table placed close to my bed and turn on the radio and listening to some good music or something pleasant I go to sleep. One such night last year, with the idea of helping myself falling asleep I picked up my phone and switched on the radio. Surfing through the channels I heard a sweet voice of a host discussing some interesting topic. As I listened more I found out that the channel was FM 103 and the host was named Asif Malik Riaz.
